Internally, it has been a game changer, especially for projects where our project management team may not have a constant on-site presence. Procore has provided us with invaluable insight into daily project operations, significantly improving organization and efficiency across our projects

Procore is particularly well suite to connect the office staff with the field, all in one place. While some integration/linking is being implemented, there may still be some redundancy if you are working on a project where a GC/CM is using Procore and you are also using Procore internally.

We build local, commercial spaces. Procore helps us with organizing and centralizing all our construction documents. It offers great tools that help us covey the goal to our partners and clients. Efficiency is the main thing Procore helps us achieve. Whether that's marking up drawings, gathering submittals, or following up on an RFI and so much more, Procore is the spot to get the job done!

We use Procore on daily basis in checking for updated submittals, daily reports, correspondence, drawings revisions, and inspections.

We manage multiple projects in Procore. These projects are delegated to us by our company to supervise, monitor and control. The types of projects varies from general design-built projects to Multiple awards construction contracts.

As per most types of software or program available online, there are issues in using Procore. One of which was my recent inability to login to the website in a critical period when i need to view a submittal. When I checked the servers it seems that the servers are all online and there was no scheduled maintenance. I tried to login after a day and it was able to access it but unfortunately the lost time cannot be mended.

On a day-to-day workflow, Procore helps the team solves issues regarding accessibility. We are able to view the latest submittals remotely without need for any printouts which saves us a lot of paper printouts. Procore also helps us establish the information dissemination in real time which helps us to get the latest updates without us asking for updates. This is very convenient in targeting an agile environment.

It is well suited for scenarios wherein personnel needs documents to be accessed remotely. They can receive update in real-time.

It is less appropriate for agile environments.

I am a general contractor, not specialty. We manage $500k - $13M commercial construction projects with Procore. Procore is #1 for project management & ERP integration for sure. Procore helps us keep all of our project documentation, communications, etc. in one cloud-based place that is easy for our clients & trade partners to use.

We also use Procore's bidding tool. The tool's functionality is just as good as building connected. However, the network of subcontractors within their database is lacking & the bidding tool has a tendency to be laggy.

Procore is very well suited for project management & ERP integration. It is also great for managing RFIs with trade partners, clients, landlords, etc. It's user interface is spectacular.

Overall, the platform has more latency/lag than desired. Their bidding tool has great functionality, but the latency/lag can be frustrating. There's also not a ton of subcontractors in their construction network.

I have used Procore for many different projects over the years where I am a subcontractor of a GC on a larger site project. Activities include access to plans and specs, addendums, requests for proposals and change orders, submitting material submittals for approval, applications for payment, project status, etc. Procore helps to give me full access to all project documents that I need for my team to be up to date. It allows me to stay in the know on the project when I am unable to be on site or at regular weekly site meetings.

I feel that Procore, when set up properly by the GC/Owner, is a massive tool for any subcontractor or supplier on the project. It is a huge time saver for immediate access to appropriate project information at your fingertips. When used properly there should be very little room for error or miscommunication.

Working in construction industry is a lot of hard work, you need to juggle things at once. Someday you're at the office, somedays you're at the site that's why using Procore makes the work easier, first it provides access to project monitoring and updates anytime & anywhere accessibility is not as problem. Second it categorizes everything that makes it almost like a planner in other words it makes your job easier to handle.

Procore is well suited for accessibility within the team in any location, also proper documentation is well observed due to step-by-step process specially in RFA's of documents. The only downside for me is due to multiple projects affiliation too much email was being sent that make it too lazy for me to check it one by one.

Procore is used to manage changes issued by the general contractor with all the subcontractors. Any issuance of a CN, CCN, or RFI is sent out with document management control to submit change quotes or questions. Also, daily job task assignments are used to ensure documentation is uploaded daily to meet clients' requirements. Approved SCOs are issued, and contacts are managed through this program.

Likelihood to Recommend

The document control portion of Procore is fantastic. Once added, all users can see, manage, and review issued documents. The ability to see past project history is helpful as well, even when a project is complete. However, the password control (days between having to reset) is very narrow and time-consuming for someone who wants and needs to access the program for submittals.

We use Procore as a subtrade for most ICI construction projects we are on. Procore provides up to date access to changes on site between trades and GC that allow us the most accurate information at any given moment. This coordination allows for quick resolution of any interferences we have on site with placement of products.

Likelihood to Recommend

As a subtrade, where contracts are between ($200,000.00-$650,000.00) this system might not provide the most realistic return as the jobs go so quick from a subtrade point of view.

As part of the design team, I work with Procore under the general contractor for construction administration services. During construction, we used Procore for submittal reviews, RFI responses, meeting minutes, and notes, as well as to receive and download them, to name a few.

Likelihood to Recommend

Great for bigger projects. It is a bit overdone for smaller projects, but still helpful.

Procore has been a key pillar to simplifying our tasks. Helps us keep teams on schedule, stay within budget, ensure quality and maintain a safe work environment. It is highly customizable at purchase so we can choose the tools we need making it a good fit for any work we allocate it.

Likelihood to Recommend

Beyond just projects management, Procore includes daily logs to keep teams accountable, work-in-progress reports, to-do lists for creating and tracking action items, scheduling functionality and other collaboration features that help with efficiency and meeting deadlines. However, the reporting features need to be improved to make more effective and user friendly.
